Mindful Wellness Symposium
Opportunities to gain resilience, compassion and connection and learn how to integrate these invaluable intangibles into our lives are essential. Focusing on these traits and values promotes the incorporation of faith, courage and commitment into our ever-changing social/emotional landscapes, laying the foundation for contributions as responsible and respected global leaders. The sessions in this symposium are meant to share information, deepen understanding, and introduce resources that cultivate a community of women dedicated to strengthening their bonds with self and others.
