BOLLYWOOD FILM CLUB

Bollywood is the common name given to the popular Indian film industry. Music and dance is a very important part of these films. They can be a mix of comedy and tragedy. A typical Masala movie will make you laugh, cry and dance all in the same movie!

The Film Club is a space where people who are curious about Bollywood can get together to enjoy a film and to get to know more about the world's biggest film industry.

The sessions are approximately 3 hours long. You will learn about the theory of Indian Film. The role of dance and music; the most important directors, who's who and the most famous actors in the star-system. Who is on the up and who is down and out.

July is dedicated to Priyanka Chopra, born in 1982 and Miss World 2002, winner of best actress for Fashion at the Filmfare and IIFA awards 2009 for her role in FASHION.

Hrithik Roshan in a movie directed by his father, Rakesh Roshan, he is the first Bollywood superhero, a mix of Superman, Spiderman and Batman. Priyanka plays the reporter who falls in love with Krrish.
