Masala Cultural Centre

Masala cultural centre was inaugurated in 2007. It is located in the Poble Sec district of Barcelona, very close to Plaza España. It's a fantastic location as it is very central and easy to get to from most points of the city. The nearest metro stations: as you can see in the map, we are right next to the Poble Sec metro, take the Manso exit when you get off the train and then the Teodor Bonaplata exit. Other metro stations 10 minutes walking distance from the centre are: Paral.lel, Sant Antoni and Espanya.
The centre is made up of four defined areas: Office to coordinate the company's cultural activities and for the cultural centre's administration.
Reception area with shop to sell Indian handicrafts. A shop for the Bollywood and other Indian dance students, so that they can find clothes and accessories at special prices.
Dance studio with mirrors for workshops and classes of Bollywood dance, bhangra, bharatanatyam, kathak and also for rehearsals and group dance practise for shows.
Gallery to exibit art and photography every two months a new exibition is presented. This could be by an Indian artist or by a Spanish artist who has produced work dedicated to an Asian country. Past exhibitions include:
